Liverpool Girls' HIgh School Choir is a dynamic vocal group for gifted and talented vocalists that aims to;
- improve vocal skills;
- increase ensemble awareness skills;
- develop stylistic vocal skills; and
- perform at school and local community events.
In 2014, the Liverpool Girls' High School Choir perfromed with 500 vocalists as part of the combined choir for the secondary choral concert presented by The Arts Unit. Students prepared repertoire and had the unique oppotunity to perfrom with the prestigious acapella vocal group "The Idea of North".
In the past five years the choir has successfully auditioned for the combined choir of the schools' spectacular. This year they will again particpate with 1200 students to perform a vareity of repertoire at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in November.
Liverpool Girls' High School Choir perfroms the Australian National Anthem at the weekly school assesmbly. They perfrom regularly at the Family Partnership afternoons and each year at the Annual Performing Arts Showcase and Presentation Day.
