Australia's most talented young people will go head-to-head in over 50 skills over three days. Areas include Retail, Food and Beverage, Hairdressing, Welding, fashion, bricklaying and more. Participants have one goal in mind: to win a gold medal and a chance to represent Australia at the 44th World skills Competition in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in 2017.
Two of our students Suhaylah (Retail Services) and Nitika (Food and Beverage) had an opportunity to travel to Melbourne to represent NSW in the World skills Competition in October. This is a huge achievement for our students as they need to compete at a regional level to be selected to represent NSW. These students have the opportunity to win gold, silver or bronze at the National Competition.
